Could there be a shadow government?

Have you ever noticed that no matter which political party is in control of the White House, policy never truly changes? No matter what political promises the candidates make, or what their stances are on critical issues, once in office, nothing ever changes. Sure, some presidents produce a surplus while others produce a recession. Some start wars, some end them. But in the end, the policies just do not change. It makes one wonder if just maybe the true people in power are not elected. But who are these people? And why are they so determined to undermine gay marriage, abortion, legalizing cannabis, and supporting Israel? Are they the same people that perform false flag operations to incite outrage and demand for vengeance? Are they the ones that put people like Hitler, Castro, Chavez, Saddam, and others into power? Yes, the American government has been responsible for pretty much every dictator rising to power in the past century. Why? To take control of areas with profitable resources such as cocaine, oil, and vital seaports for trade.

The real question, though, is why do they put the same men in power that they then turn into public enemies? Well, they have to vilify them once the public sees what they are doing. They are not concerned about the public image until it turns ugly. Just look at Hitler. America wanted a war. Germany just lost World War I and needed something big to establish their new identity and restore national pride, as well as find someone to blame. They put a man named Adolf Hitler into the public eye blaming Jews and voila, Germany has a purpose and a scapegoat. The pope at the time even sanctioned his mission to kill the Jews. Then World War II begins as he crosses Europe to wipe out the Jewish population. It wasn't until the public outcry came that suddenly Hitler was a bad man and needed to be stopped.

The same goes for Osama Bin Laden, a.k.a Tim Osman. He was a CIA asset placed in Afghanistan to fight the Russians and liberate the Afghan people from communist rule. He was fully trained to do exactly what was done on 9/11 and various other terrorist activities by our own CIA and only turned into a villain when Americans were killed by one of his attacks. It is once again not until the public learns of atrocities that the American government turns their backs on their own. Why do you suppose we never hear of failures of the CIA's agents? Because when they do, they are no longer assets of the CIA, but enemies of the state. That is the world of the covert. Secretly place your own people in power and when the world hates them, label them the enemy and kill them. All this has gone unchanged no matter which political party is in power. No matter who is in office or what they claim their policies are. They are still limited by the real people in charge as to what power they can truly exert. You will never see a law pass that these people do not want enacted. You will never see any president do anything these people do not want done. Period.
